I dont have surbhi but go as per PM's answer n presentation.

Actually am not very sure whether the issue is correctly dealt with in pm.. The question was whether a practicing chartered accountant can enter into partnership with an advocate?

No he cant...see the same question in pm question number 1(d).

In some authors book, they said yes. Mine padhuka...here they said yes, they can enter because for the purpose of clause 4 of part One of first schedule..advocate professional has been notified by icai council and central government for entering into partnerships. Further it could be depends on nature of the agreements. So give conclusion as provided in pm only, if such questions comes.

Yeah right.. Its the same question. Even in Surbhi bansal they said that he can enter into partnership so i was confused... Anyways thanks for the suggestion.
