I have completed my IPCC & articles period of one year six months (i.e..from 29-10-2013 to 22-04-2015). so is iam eligible to write my final exam in may-2016 or i can write it in november 2015 exams. if i would write my final exam in may 2016 can i take one year leave i.e. from may 15 to may 16 for the preparation of final exam . does institute will allow me to write if i do like so? please suggest me this

1) your attempt due is May 2016.
2) As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship. If you have taken leave in excess of eligible leave, then such excess leave will extend your attempt. If you will hide your leave in examination form then you may get caught in future.
