I have excess leaves in articleship, i submitted 108, with excess leaves(approx 6months).can I do aictss-orientation, and write ca final,without registeration for articleship for that excess leaves.

Summary: You cannot ignore excess articleship leave. You must officially serve the additional time required to cover your excess leave and register a supplementary deed with the ICAI to be considered eligible for the CA Final examination.
