Admit cards for November 2017 Exams released

ICAI has today i.e 07/10/2017 released Exam Admit Cards for CA Final & IPCC Students appearing in November 2017 exams.

You need to login to your account with your Registration Number and Password.

On mobile, use Google Chrome browser and select view desktop site to download the admit card.

ICAI has released new examination Guidelines starting with November 2017 exams.

1. Students can now use only BLACK INK pen for writing the exams. You are allowed to use Black Gel pen too.

Until last attempt, there is restriction to not use green or red color ink pen.

The reason for allowing only black ink pen is that, ICAI has to scan all the answer sheets to provide them as Certified Copies to students who paid fee.

So, Scanning answer sheets with blue color ink is taking large amount of data. Therefore, this rule has been brought.

2. Students have to carry their own staplers to the exam center, to pin additional answer sheets. Stapler will not be provided by the ICAI at exam centers.

YES, JUST GOT MINE & WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THE "USE BLACK BALL POINT ONLY" .

ABSOLUTELY ABSURD TO SAY THE LEAST. HOW ARE STUDENTS EXPECTED THEN TO HIGHLIGHT WORKING NOTES, SIDE HEADINGS, IMPORTANT SECTION NUMBERS ETC.... AND WILL THE EXAMINER CORRECTING THE PAPER HAVE THE PATIENCE TO GO THROUGH EACH LINE THAT I'VE WRITTEN ... I THINK NOT!..

ANYWAY, HOPE SOME CLARITY IS OUT FROM ICAI ON THIS SOON.
