Since it is necessary to take care of health while preparing for ca finals.

please let us know some health tips which will help us to stay tuned in summers and thereafter till exams besides drinking water.

Avoid eating junk food. drink some juice preferably sweet lime orange. Don't take heavy meals which will make you feel sleepy else you can't study properly. take regular 30mts walk in the morning which keep you fresh whole day and also do some type of meditation (pranayaam)
