@ Ashish - wo car model ki labour material cost lena as it is. Then transport cost di hui hai wo all cars ke liye thi. To uss me se apni model royal car ka hi exp lena. 2310 lacs / 60,000 hrs * 6 hrs = prod cost of 1 car. The divide total exp in 60 n 40%. 900 lacs ka 60% delivery cost / 640 deliveries = 84,375. Here is tricky. 1 delivery = 10 cars. We r manufacturing only 1000 cars so delivery = 100 deliveries. Hence cost of 1 car = 84,375/10 = 8,437.5. Now 3rd part distance cost. 900 lacs ka 40% = 360 lacs is for 225000 kms. Among them our relevant cost is for 50,000 km only. So 360 lacs * 50,000 km / 2,25,000 km = 80,00,000 for 1000 cars. Distance Cost of 1 car = 8,000. Now ansr total cost of 1 car = labour material + prod cost 23,100 delivery cost 8,437.5 + distance cost 8,000 = 7,64,537.50 is cost of 1 car. Target cost was 9.75 lacs / 125% = 7.80 lacs. And gap is 15,462.50. This is what i hv done.
Yes Rinky, steps marking is prevalent in all subjects with no exception. A small example , If u have written a couple of formulas which were to be used in solving question. quite possible u would fetch a half when u expecting none.
