How? It doesn't fulfil the equation
4000*0.01 = 40
120-40 = 80

And for those asking solution of 1 (a). The optimal price will be Rs 75 with Q (i.e. optimal demand being) 4500 units. Please confirm if anyone got the same values
My answer for transfer price was Rs 34.5
( 25 + 9.5).
