i am going to submit my exam form through manual way.
so whether we fill the form by blue pen.
& from which date form will be availabe...

let me please confirm whether we fill the form by using blue pen..

You can use any Colour Blue / Black No such restrictions but Yes at some Places where signatures are to be done then Those are compulsarily be done in Black PEN as the same gets Scanned. & When you start filling form you will get all instructions written, they are all self explanatory. Forms will start from 6th February 2013. Check ICAI site all details are mentioned there
