Ca course

Its is not useless... Once you get experience after CA, you will have huge demand... Its not only in CA, but in other courses as welll... Experience matters a lot... To start with we should compromise to get experience. I agree that , initially it is not corelated to the effort and number of years you put in the course... but once u get experience in the domain, you will have huge demand as CA...

before 2 yr back degree of CA is for everyone now everyone talk about expience. Expience is not a thing which would buy from market it take time to gain and then that period what we do.

Jatinder, time has changed... economy is not in good state... companies started cost cutting... they started recruiting experience people... In my company HR send recruitment mail saying that Min 2-3 years post qualification experience required. But two years back, my company was recruiting CAs for Associate Finance position... The things have seen the changes... its flowing water.. since i am working, and updated with current openings in my company , i am telling this... becasue of experienc in particular domain, today i got good package...

consider onething for example we making a curry....we use many things like water,specific vegetable(belongs to curry type),heat from stove,a cooking bowl and some else but it is that salt is very imp to made a best taste for that curry.

after complete the making curry it was in awesome.

so,curry=CA...

heat=OUR HARD WORK....

cooking bowl=ICAI....

what about salt...?

salt=experience.

 we add the salt in making of curry.we doesn't add salt after it.it was fact.

now some else want some experience what about nature& use of articleship in CA....?

After completing Articles, you won't even get a good job if you are not a CA..

CA IPCC/PCC/PE 2/ Inter is not equal to CA.

I've done 3 years articles... gained lots of experience from My Boss.. But Studies were important too..

I always agree that Articleship is very essential... but the question here is even though we done aricles, after that if you are not passed, NOTHING IS GOOD WITH YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS...

You can just start as an Accountant in a Company with about Rs.7,000 to 15,000 salary pm...

But if you pass CA Final exam, the scenario changes..

You will be precious everywhere.. valuable everywhere... get a guarnteed salary starting from Rs.30,000 pm onwards...

Thats the difference guys...

Its foolishness to say CA is useless......Currently CAs are not gettin job coz of huge increase in results coupled with bad job market......cos are looking for best of the brains...........I strongly feel only good subject knowledge can come to our rescue......
