Ca certificate attestation

PLS CLEARIFY UR QUESTION AS WHAT EXACTLY UR ASKING IS NT CLEAR?

Dear Tushar,

I have a got a Job in Saudi Arabia, and my employer wants my CA certificate to be attested by HRD as well as Ministry of external affairs of India and Saudi Arabia. I would like to know the process of attestation by HRD & MEA of both the countries. 

Appreciate if any knows the process Pls let me know.
