Hello

I am a freshly qualified Chartered Accountant. In the campus program of ICAI i have been shortlisted by the NBFC Capital first ltd. The profiles offered are for Credit Manager, Treasury, credit policy and internal audit.

I donot have any practical exposure of working with any banking co. or the NBFC during my articleship.

Can someone please suggest me as how should I prepare for the Interview?

Do some research on the Internet regarding Non-Banking Finance Companies and also some information regarding the company which has shortlisted.

The company which has short-listed would be aware that you do not have prior knowledge on how a NBFC sector works. They may test your skills on technical areas which you have studied in CA, communication aspects, behavioral aspect as you will be working closely with SHG's,MFI etc.

In addition to abv msg, i suggest u to have a detailed look at our accounts audit law n tax syllabus specifically with respect to nbfc.... Further there are so many listed nbfc cos...u cn download the annual reports n go through.... Did they raise concern on attempts??
