i want to know whether it is good to go for articleship under top firms or medium level firms ? my reason of asking it is that i got to know that in big firms like big4 there is a lot of burden of work and main thing is that article get trained only in a particular task since there are lot of CAs in such firms and they have to perform only a certain task so the article will.

in mid level firm if there is only 3 CAs then they will perform the all tasks

hi...if you get selected in big 4s then go for it...though you may be in a particular department, it will be good for your future career ... If practice is your aim then go for medium firms or if not selected in big 4.

In my openion it is good to go for articleship under medium level firms. In midium you will learn better.

Dear friends i have cpompleted my articleship in a medile firm and i will sugget if u are going to practice after completion of CA u should go for Middle firm but of u wat job after CA then u should go for Big4 there is chance to know the actual practical expeience of our theoretical knowledge which we have read out in inter level or at final level. i think there is one draw back of big4 is over burden but there is much more benfit then burden hence u sould definit go for big firms.
