presently i am doing 1st year of my articleship and i need to take 2 nd transfer from my employer .can i eligible to take 2nd transfer without the approval of icai .please help me regarding this quickly

no of transfer is not written anywhere... 1st year transfer is allowed dear..irrespective of second or third time..........
please help me anyone i want to take transfer in 2nd year and my firm shifted in march 2015 above 50 km from delhi to haryana and haryana is my home town but from last two year i was in delhi and present also in living in delhi i have the agreement of my delhi flat of last two year and i also have medical certificate of last 3 months and for further 3 months. can on these basis i get tf from my old firm help me ASAP THANKS
