Should articleship be done -
from a place with more practical exposure or,
from a place where you get theoritical knowledge and not much practical exposure?
Which place would be beneficial in long and short run?

I have to serve extension articles, but my employer is not signing 108 form saying that i should do my extension articles under him only. Is it compulsory to do my extension under the same employer? if not, what is the way that i can get out of that firm as i don't get any exposure there..
Please help me with that regard..
@ Arya: Your articleship is meant to provide you a PRACTICAL exposure of the various areas of Charrtered Accountancy. It is an opportunity for you to gain PRACTICAL knowledge. So ideally, you should do articleship from a place with PRACTICAL exposure. Good luck :)
@ Gowthami: If you're talking about the extension period due to excessive leave, it is mandatory that you need to serve such extension only under the same employer. The only way, you can serve such extension under a different employer is when you shift to a new city and only after obtaining prior permission from the Institute in such case. So I guess it is advisable to undergo your extension period with your current principal.
@ Tsering Gurung In order to attempt May 2017 Final Examination, you have to fulfill eligibility criteria given in Guidance Notes for Final Candidate, which is,"The candidate must be in service as on 01st May, 2015 and serving the last six months of training including excess leave, If any, and due to complete 3 years on or before 31st October, 2015."
Therefore, you shall join firm as early as possible, so that you can have your CA final examination in May 2017.

I have registered for CA Final. My final attempt is on Nov 2016 .As per Latest ICAI draft will my final attempt be posponed if i want to give new syllabus attempt?

As you have said your CA final examination is due on Nov 2016. Dear Friend, it is your choice to have your CA final examination in Nov 2016 or May 2017. It is not compulsory to attempt Nov 2016 examination.
