mera articleship form 103 approval late hua hai to submit karne par delay condonation letter , attendance sheet, work book, work diary & 2000 stipend maang raha hai.

ye sab kase hoga or delay condonation letter mai kya likhun or 2000 ka stipend mujhe hi pay karna hoga kya please help me
