Experts pls suggest me a way to get over wid my current principle. It has been 5 months since I have joined this firm and now it is visible to me that I wont be getting more than a leave of 2 months for my finals as the seniors are suffering and moreover the environment is very suffocating. We are not given leave even on national holidays and are made to work 50 hrs a week. I approached my employer for transfer from his firm showing personal reasons but he isnt allowing me anyhow. So with humble request pls anyone suggest me what should I do. I am even ready to cancel this term of 5 months I have served and start again with new term of articleship. Is this possible?.pls "experts" I need ur help. Practising CA's pls dont mind...Sir all are not the same as you...

for transfer of articleship you need to take your boss permission, it is mandatory,,so just think for a valid and strong reason and convince him to come out of firm,,

and also note it is very tough to get 6 months leave in any firm,,if you are getting means firm may not have much work..

.what u will do if you face same boss in other firm also

so i recommend you to take transfer if you can get promising work if u re-registered with other ca,,other wise dont take transfer nothing will happen for 6 months ican say,,
