Ca articleship

Experts pls suggest me a way to get over wid my current principle. It has been 5 months since I have joined this firm and now it is visible to me that I wont be getting more than a leave of 2 months for my finals as the seniors are suffering and moreover the environment is very suffocating. We are not given leave even on national holidays and are made to work 50 hrs a week. I approached my employer for transfer from his firm showing personal reasons but he isnt allowing me anyhow. So with humble request pls anyone suggest me what should I do. I am even ready to cancel this term of 5 months I have served and start again with new term of articleship.
