Yes, you will be eligible to appear in Nov, 2013 attempt.

For ITT, Institute has given liberty to student to complete this till May 31, 2013.

today is the my first class in orientation

but i already started articles(before orientation) plz tel me sir  will they accept my articles today only i submitted my form

Generally you should complete the OP before starting article ship, but you can it during article ship.

Below mentioned ICAI announcement has clearly mentioned that practical training for direct entry students should be commenced after completion of Orientation Course. However, for completing ITT, you can do it before May 31, 2013. As you have not even completed orientation and sent the articles regn form to institute, I dont think they will accept the Form. They may send you a letter asking for certificate or may put on hold. Advisable to call again the regional office. Refer below link for official confirmation:

Hi,i have applied for ipcc may 2013 exam under direct entry scheme and have put my articles deed date as 1/10/2012.But the last date of articles registration is been given as 30/9/2012.i have completed itt and have registered for march month orientation.wen i enquired in the institute they said that i am not eligible for this may exam and the articles will be registered only wen i submit the orientation completion certicate.is there any way to change the deed date?
