Hi,
Few days ago,I have seen in News papers that old system (i.e. CA INTER ) is coming back ,in which a student can start article after registration if he is a Graduate.
Pls tell me from when onwards it will allowed
Also tell me the articleship period in that new System.

It is still in the central governments hand for its approval. It is expected to be approved in December. Articleship period in my view remains same ie. 3years.
