Hi..i am a qualified CA and got COP..nw i got my LLB degree..i planned to register my name in bar council of India.
Is institute permit me to register??Should i get any prior permission from institute?

you cannot practise both the profession together. You need to either surrender either of your certificate. But one more thing is you can take back your certificate when you want to profess the either one.
