I often wonder about what will be the consequence if a non- member of ICSI/ICAI uses the respective logo (CA/CA/ICSI/ICAI).
And whether there are any guidelines/ legal provisions for the same.

YES THERE R SOME GUIDELINES FOR THESE LOGOS. ANY PERSON OTHER THAN MEMBERS CAN NOT USE IT
