Can somebody clarify me? if one can hold CA as well as CS membership no. at the same time? whether it effects ethics?..

If some one is holding membership of ICAI and ICSI at the same time, it does not not ettect any ethic. One can do either full time practice as a CA or as a CS. Simultaneous practice of both professions are not allowed.
