I am a financial copywriter and I am 27 years old. I recently started studying for CPT and according to my calculation, if everything goes right, I will finish my CA by 32 or 33 years old. My question to all the experienced CA professionals out there...will my age be a deterrent in finding a job, like a financial analyst or financial manager or something like that? Please help.

No, age is not limit u can work but the only thing in this proffession is u should acquire more practical & theoretial knowledge

just try to get as much as additional knowledge u can take along with CA, like ERP,SAP knowledge, b perfect in ms office an excel......

Dear age will be not burden if you serious about your target definnetly you will reach. But may be some obstacle comes to you but try to complete ur study with your practical experiences.

Personnaly at your age I was trying to do ICWA but not continue due to time problem. I also worked in MNC in sr. accounts post there have required practical knowledge and job experiences if you grip the KRA as per your profile then salary as well as lot of oppurtunity comes to your end.

Till I have wishes to do Prof. course but stuck for my time management due to I am doing service and also some personal part time work. Have wishes to do CS but not idea how much time I have to give for complete CS.

Any how u complte the CA its a no.1 prof. course in job market.

Hello sir if u have passion, will power, and desire than just stick to it and do it for ur own future, if u be CA than there is no obstacles to getting job, if one 23 years old age will join CA than he doesn't have that much experience and knowledge of real world that how to deal eith real word but u have it and therefore not only in job but also in real world u wil b succeed, so make up ur mind and give ur full dedication u wil b succeed and wil b CA one day...

I am a 20 year old, failed thrice in Ipcc. I am dropping c.a for 3-4 years. I am going to do m.b.a and one u.s based course and will do c.a after it. So sir I will also start it after being 24-25 so there is no age bar when it comes to ur passion and dream

Hey Sir, u should definitely go for CA. Age will not be an obstacle but positively thinking ur experience must be a add-on.

If you do CA take it as passion and will excel in the job after passing and age is just a number and go ahead.
