C Form Submission Due Date

Hi Subhash,

Form-C declaration need to be submitted before 3 months from the end of the quarter, in your case, for the June quarter it will be 30th September. However, the assessing authority can grant further time to the dealer for filing the forms.

 MY QUERY IS IF SOME ONE FAILS TO ISSUE C FORM WITHIN 3 MONTHS.IF C FORM ISSUE AFTER 3 MONTHS THEN THERE IS PENALTY HAVE TO PAY.
