Hi,

Can you help me pls. that What is Due date of Submission of C Form uder Delhi Vat Rule?

eg:- We sold goods Apr 09 to june 09. what is the due date for this form?

Hi Subhash,

Form-C declaration need to be submitted before 3 months from the end of the quarter, in your case, for the June quarter it will be 30th September. However, the assessing authority can grant further time to the dealer for filing the forms.

PLEASE LET US KNOW UNDER WHICH RULE OF CST ACT IT HAS BEEN MENTIONED THAT CS "C" FORMS HAS TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE SELLER OF GOODS WITHIN NEXT 3 MONTHS TIME OF THE FINISH OF RESPECTIVE QUARTER OF THE YEAR FOR WHICH WE SHALL BE OBLIGED
