C Form Sales Return

Hello every one,

PLease guide in case of sales return whether the seller  will issue C Form with Gross amount or with net of sales return. Further whether we have to issue any form in case we return purchased goods.

Also, we are sending reminder letter to our seller for issue of C form whether this letter will be issued with GRoss Amount or net of sales return.
