C form query

Since you have not recieved the "c " form it will be reflected in Form 88 as outstanding as on audit report date.

C form received by you in january will be as useful as received in F.Y.11-12

Date of submitting Form C has been extended up to 28/02/2013.

How can we submit the C form for the Last year ( 2011-2012 ). what is the procedure of Submitting it online or offline

You can sumbit your form c through form DVAt-51.

dvat-51 is a reconcillation of central sale during the year, agains forms or with forms, i.e.,

Against Form-C /Form F(Stock Trf.)/export or Form H. befor 28-02-2013
