C-form online under dvat

we have printed cform of all quarter by feeding details....but

we left by mistake one bill in form 2a 2b, becoz of dis we r not able to draw cform online.....

nd in other client......while drawing c-form online, we feeded wrong tin no.....

 

please help wat to do in both the cases
