A Dealer in maharashtra(A) Get order to supply material from Gujrat (B), Maharashtra Dealer Contact another Dealer in Gujrat (C) to supply material to Dealer B.
My querries are
1)in this transaction can Dealer "C" Issues form E-1 to Dealer "A" and collect forn-C From "A"
2)Can dealer "A" issue Form E-1 to Dealer "B" an collect form-C From "B"
