When i try to get C form for my clients E 1 sales the officer refused to grant said that as per Supreme Court rulings the c forms are not granted for E 1 sales Pl. Comment.

A Dealer in maharashtra(A) Get order to supply material from Gujrat (B), Maharashtra Dealer Contact another Dealer in Gujrat (C) to supply material to Dealer B.

1)in this transaction can Dealer "C" Issues form E-1 to Dealer "A" and collect forn-C From "A"
2)Can dealer "A" issue Form E-1 to Dealer "B" an collect form-C From "B"
