As a buyer, my client has purchased @ 2% and issued C Form. For last 2 invoices it looks as if he had missed to issue. Could someone let me know how to raise C Form for prior period invoices?

It may not be available now, as it was required to be generated online.
Oh fine, what's the solution. Is there no other way but to pay the tax with interest?
one of party in odisha he was purchased in year 2016-17, but not issuing me FORM C , and my assesment for year 2016-17 going on what is way to generate FORM C
