If seller made sales against form "C" and buyer returned the goods after 6 months from the date of invoice, whether seller is required to submit form "C"? Please reply urgently.

after lapse of 6 months , it can not be treated as sales return, but it will be sale for Buyer and purchase for seller, hence C form required.
