C Form Application/ SOR Hold (F.Y. 2014-15) I have received an email of defect memo 1. Interstate purchase against form C shown in your return are not shown/do not tally with your corresponding VAT returns. 2. Interstate Branch Transfer/Consignment received are not shown/do not tally with your corresponding VAT returns 3. The interstate branches for which you have applied are not registered in your CST Registration Certificate. 4. Commodity/commodities mentioned in your application is/are not registered in your CST Registration Certificate. Please tell how to comply the defect memo Now I have again done the VAT working for the F.Y. 2014-15 (MVAT is already paid for the given year) Should I again fill the Form 231 &/or file e-Returns? as I need to comply defect memo
