Hi

I want to know that ,

it is needed to issue "C" form  for purchase of Disel ,if we purchase  U.P to  delhi

C form can be issued only for the materials & goods mentioned in your CST registration certifcate, if your certificate permits to issue C form against diesel purchase then you can issue.

 

Generally Disel purchase will not be allowed under C form
