I am a manufacturer having my registered office in name and style as "abc Ltd." at karnataka and manufacturing facility at Andra Pradesh. The name of manufacturing facility at Andhra pradesh is "abc goods plant" under "abc Ltd."
Now I have received the C-Form from my clients for supplying the material against CST.
Few customer have given me the C-Form in the name of "abc Ltd" and few customer have given the C-Form in the name of "abc goods Plant", But fortunately everybody have mentioned the TIN number correctly as it is in the "abc Ltd"
Kindly let me know weather I can accept the C-Form as it is in the name of "abc goods plant" or do I need to take the corrected C-Forms in the name of "abc Ltd" only.
