Is any amount which is refundable but included in the bill should be consider while applying C Form

For e.g. The amount on which CST is deducted is Rs 62547 and an deposit of Rs 1877 is taken on this amount & this deposit is refundable against issue of C Form.  This deposit is included in gross total of the bill so can the deposit be consider in the total value while applying for C Form

Thanks in Advance

Dear Madam

You have to apply for C-Form after deducting deposit amount , because you are getting back deposit amount as and when C-form issued to  party. Dsposit is taken  just for safety purpose.

Nilesh Mistry

Thank You Sir
