i have a small clarification regarding C-Form.
my client has purchased packing material from inter state purchase, that state there is no CST AND VAT because it is territory and exempted from tax.
if C-form not submitted what is the procedure
check the bills of vendor, is there any requirement of C form or not,
usually C forms is to be submitted in such cases, as of now the C forms are to be generated electronically, there is no obstruction to submit C form.

Dear harinatha...Dealers / units have tax exemptions in Union Territories.. However they get the exemption only when the CST sale is supported by Form C. In your case, my suggestion is --Check the Vendor's invoice. If the invoice contains the clause "Against Form C OR CST Sale against For C", then you will be required to issue Form C to the vendor for him to avail tax benefit in his state even if the goods are exempt. Hope this will help..

Dear Friend
No Form C can be generated electronically. Only departmetn will issue it
If you cant collect Form C you have to submit Full rate of Tax which in applicable in yours state. If no VAT/CST ia applicable there must be an exemption. if then no need to pay tax otherwise pay tax @ full rate on that goods.
