if By mistakly raised e way bill & invoice for 100 qty. and actualy. material required to delevered 25 qty, what we do if time periid eway bill has been expire. & only 25 qty material has been delevered ...please help me i am in trouble.

EWB can be cancelled by the generator within 24 hours.
Further, EWB can be cancelled if, either goods are not transported or are not transported as per the details furnished in the EWB. A recipient has right to cancel or reject the EWB within 72 hours of its generation or actual receipt of goods, whichever is earlier.
So, if 72 hours has not passed, then tell the recipient to reject the EWB from his login.
If 72 hours has also passed, then request the recipient to accept the 100 qty invoice and give him a credit note of 75 units and treat it as sales return.
The Tax Invoice raised by you is also for 100 Pcs. if yes then can raise Credit Note for same & do generate eway for the CNT
