Buying Ceiling Fans from Delhi Wholesaler shop for Export to Australia by Buyer's Agent

Hi All, I am Australian Citizen and looking to buy approx. 10 Pcs of Ceiling Fans (Estimated invoice value Rs30,000)  from Delhi Wholesaler shop and I have one friend in Delhi, who will buy on behalf of me and will send it through shipping company to Australia. I don't want to pay 18% GST, because it is export from India and I think it is exempt from GST. My question is how it will work and What should be the Step by step procedure to save 18% GST, like Bill, Address on bill, shipping bill,  Payment from India or Australia, how to convince seller? Thanks

As per Indian GST law export is Zero rated supply ( No GST ) one can export goods by paying GST 18 % and claim refund , so exporter can claim refund whatever. GST he has paid .
Another way he can export goods by submitting Later of Undertaking ( subject to conditions) wherein no GST is payable . exporter can export the goods both way .
So no question of savings GST .

Thank you Prasad Sir for your quick reply, Is there any last date for submitting the LUT, where the invoice is to be issued on 5 August 2021. Secondly, what kind of proof exporter needs to show goods are successfully exported. Do you think a copy of shipping bill is required and Can we email the exporter a copy of shipping bill?
