Buyback of shares
can anyone pls tell me whether 15% of shares can b buyback or 25%..which one is applicable for may 2015 exams..since in updated practice manual of ipc problems are done according to 25%.What is the exact provision of buyback? in Rtp also 25% is done.which one should be consider?
