Buy back
In new PM, buy back questions of CA Final FR is solved using section 66 of Comaonies act 13. However, somebody said still section 77A is applicable for FR.Please clarify. Also, please quote the difference between the new and the old section. Tks.

Hi.. Little clarification. It is 68 of the new Act or 77Aof the old Act.
