my partnership firm has been registered under GST to provide Event Management services , now I want to do Tours Operators services too.
1.is tour operator is different vertical business?
2.can I provide tour operator services under GST no. of Event Management business?

Yes if you opt for tour opperator services then it will treated as business verticals. As per sec 25 you have the option to take single registration or you may opt for separate registration.
You can take separate gst registration frir the new business under business vertical.
