How to know business profit percentage is 8 or more Than 8 and what is method used for calculate it..

Calculate Net Profit Ratio over Sales.
Calculation made by using thia formula Net Profit/Turnover*100
Calculation made by using thia formula Net Profit/Turnover*100
It is advisable to show the actual profit .. Instead of exect 8% if profit is more then 8%
