In which Situation Gst Applicable on sale of Fish by Fish Merchant?

As per gst law , there is no gst payable on fresh fish .
GST is not applicable on fish
If he/she doing business of fish via website then ?
GST is not applicable on Supply of fresh Fish.
Where ever you do business of fish whether online or offline it will be exempt exempt from GST.
GST is also not applicable on fish via online business
And for Frozen fish which is supply from cold storage ?
GST is not applicable
