I am preparing for PE-II(Group 1) for Nov'07 exams. Regard to Business and Corporate Laws paper, currently i am referring only Jayaraman(Hyderabad) sir notes. Can any one help me in endorsing that if Jayaraman notes ALONE will suffice for attempting exam and getting exemption? If not the case, please suggest good reference book with easy language.

hi, As far as my knowledge goes...1 of my friends has referred only jayraman's(hyderabad) notes and got exemption i.e 64 marks.
