Business Between two company with same member

 see, if two co.s have exacly same member...then a.o. is well within the rights to lift the corporate veil. and nullify the distinction between members and co.  and treat both co. as same.

I want to know that Co. A and Co. B is operated by two sisters and now they want to transfer Co. A business to Co. B because all the expenses of both the companies are getting double, Income Tax return is filing in both the companies, management expenses are also double...so what is the procedure and which type of agreement will be made by them ??
