Sir,

During documentation of a flat in an apartment, what are all the current registration charges will incur GST?

How much and in what way.

1) If the Car park, EB, Water deposit, Sewage connection deposit included in construction cost.

2) At the time of excluded and charged exta ?

3) During calculating Construction cost which is a combination of Labour + Material cost, does it have any impact in calculating GST?
