BUDGET SESSION COMMENCES FROM 2ND JULY 2009
 
 
The Union Cabinet today decided to recommend to the President that the Budget Session of Parliament be held from 2nd July 2009 till 7th August 2009. During the Session the Railway Budget would be presented on 3rd July 2009 and the General Budget would be presented on 6th July 2009.- Press Information Bureau, New Delhi June15, 2009

My budget expectation: Service tax rate may go up to 12%. Education, medical and leagal services may be brought under service tax.

There are chance to withdraw Frindge Benefit Tax partly and Tax limit may be increased by 25-50 k

My Budget expectations:- Increase in tax slab rate. Service tax may go up to 12%. Changes in Sections under FBT.
