Budget cost

budjet cost is nothing but estimated cost........some are call it as plan figures ....... antony for this is actual cost

it means estimating feature expenses or cost. The budgeted cost may exceed or less also.

Budget is nothing but future projection of figures based on actuals already achieved

Budget cost is based on Estimation and according to the business plan. Some may not even based on actuals. For some even zero base budgeting will be there. For eg some expenditure will have a cap in the next year budget irespective of the previous year actuals. The Estimated cost is also used for budgeting.
