Is this budget applicable for the income tax returns for this Assessment year? i.e. 7 lakh limit is applicable for the return filing on or before 31st july 2023?

Same is applicable from 01 april 2023 and assessment year applicable is 2024-25
Every year budget is placed before both houses of parliament. It is recorded and approved.
