Good news to say decrease in rates on vehicles and Appeal by chidambaram to pass GST and DTC after taking the opinion poll of professionals.

 

I jus wish to know: Dat reduced excise duties will encourage manufactures to produce more....rite ...but increase in fuel prices may reduce the demand....so is der any chance dat it would positively influence the exports...like exports may rise...

yes, i agree...I mean as if  increased production is not demanded by home market then manufacturers would try to export it

Excise duty on SUV'S reduced from 30 to 24% . Blood bank has been kept out of service tax ambit. No changes in slab rates under income tax Rs. 1000 crore added to nirbhaya fund for women enpowerment.
