Dont worry, its absolutely  fine if you have not cleared your exams but its ABSOLUTELY NOT FINE to quit or even thinking o quitting .... Just think that you have not yet given your exams, start studying from today but dont follow the method you have been following till date, start afresh, stop thinking of failure start thinking like a winner that is what will help you ultimately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Friend

Please do not think negative & start preparing from fresh mind. You should take the study material as base and start to construct your building on that base. It means special for cost & FM you should solve each & every question of study material. If you look upon the previous papers, then you will find that mostly queation of cost & Fm are on the pattern of study material. For tax I suggest you to study from Vinod Sighania books. It sufficient to clear PCC level. Do not waste time in studing new material. You should go through your existing material. And be aware of Amendement in tax & SA in Auding.

U  don't know but some ppl r really in worst condition and if you compare yourself with them then you find that you are still in better condition. See, myself couldn't clear any of the group. 1st group-131 and in second-119 and I don't want to tell you about the nos of attempt I have given. Now, I am preparing myself for next exams with hope of success and new plans. Even my nos of friends are there who are going to give next exam. So, please don't loose hope n try till you get success. 

Really, its tough one but not impossible one. Good luck n remember it "try, try until you success........

i m not gonna write again in november.....i already gave 3 attempts.....n i m not getting output....so want to take a break n ll appear in may2011 i guess....now want to concentrate on some other career options.......

If you have not cleared in 3 attempts, it definitely means that EITHER you are not meant for the course OR the course is not meant for you. One should not be stubborn in matters related to career. If things are not working out for you, try out something else. Believe me, CA's do not have the same reputation as they used to have 15 years back. Neither are they highly paid (unless one is a Rank Holder) Things have changed. I know a friend of mine who could not clear CA Finals in 4 attempts. He dropped the CA course and opted for CFA (USA) in India. He has qualified all the 3 levels and is better placed than most of te CA's. Comparatively, you are well off. You are early in your career. There are time frames in life within which you have to complete things. Just to be a CA, one should not chase the course for a lifetime. You have to make a career for yourself. Weigh upon your positive attributes and conjure upon them. You would be able to judge your fitment.

I Can understand w hat is goingon in your mind currently after being failed thrice ....but still u have 2 overcome all of these ......
