If such a huge scam happened with the Central Government then its a moral responsiblity to retire for all the council of ministers including the prime minister. It simply doesn't make a difference whether Chidambaram is behind bars or not because the real culprits have already escaped from the game. Only scape goats were caught in the entire process.
